In March 2026, Barley Creek Brewing Company featured two dishes crafted by culinary students at MCTI. A portion of the proceeds from each dish will directly benefit MCTI students. |
The MCTI Foundation recently donated a new 2024 Ford Transit T-350 van to the Monroe Career and Technical Institute. This 15-seat passenger van will help students to arrive at career destinations and to enrich their educational experiences.

The MCTI Foundation continues to assist students from the four sending schools of East Stroudsburg, Pleasant Valley, Pocono Mountain and Stroudsburg.

On April 22, 2023, MCTI held their annual Trek for Tech 5K at Dansbury Park in East Stroudsburg, PA, where the MCTI Foundation was honored to be one of the major recipients of raised funds.
